StyledBy Refer-a-Friend

By participating in the StyledBy Refer-a-Friend program ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms. StyledBy Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to registered StyledBy Club account holders in good standing.

1.2 You may not refer yourself. Referrals where the referrer and referee share the same email address, payment method, or other account-identifying information will not qualify, and any rewards issued in error may be revoked.

1.3 StyledBy Club reserves the right to disqualify any referral, revoke any reward, or suspend a user's participation in the Program if it reasonably determines the Program is being used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Eligible users ("Referrers") can generate a unique referral link from their StyledBy Club account and share it with others.

2.2 When a new user ("Referee") signs up using a Referrer's link and subsequently either (a) pays for a StyledBy Club membership subscription or (b) books and pays for their first paid styling service - whichever happens first - the referral qualifies and both parties become eligible for a reward as described in Section 3.

2.3 There is no limit to the number of people a Referrer may refer, and no cap on the number of rewards a Referrer may earn.

3. Rewards

3.1 Referrer reward: Upon a qualifying referral, the Referrer receives a code for 20% off. This code must be applied to the Referrer's next paid styling service booking - it is automatically applied to that next booking and cannot be held back or saved for a booking of the Referrer's choosing.

3.2 Referee reward: Upon signup, the Referee receives a code for 20% off their first paid styling session. This code becomes usable once the Referee completes account verification.

3.3 If a Referrer has more than one unredeemed reward at a given time, one reward will be applied to each subsequent qualifying booking in the order the rewards were earned (oldest first). Rewards cannot be combined or applied more than one per booking.

4. Redemption Rules

4.1 Each reward code entitles the holder to 20% off a single paid styling service. Discounts cannot be split, compounded, or applied across more than one service within a single booking.

4.2 Only one reward or promotional code may be applied per booking. Reward codes cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount, promotion, or offer.

4.3 Reward codes are not valid on: services that are already discounted, past or prior purchases, or bookings where another discount or promotional code has been applied.

4.4 The Referee's reward is valid only on their first paid styling session and cannot be applied to any subsequent booking.

5. Expiration

5.1 All reward codes (Referrer and Referee) must be redeemed by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM PST. Codes not redeemed by this date will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated or extended.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reward Revocation

6.1 If the payment that triggered a Referrer's reward (Section 2.2) is refunded or charged back within 24 hours of the reward being issued, the associated reward will be automatically revoked if it has not yet been redeemed.

6.2 If a refund or chargeback occurs more than 24 hours after issuance, or if the reward has already been redeemed, StyledBy Club will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or recover the value of the reward.

7. Program Changes & Termination

7.1 StyledBy Club may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these terms, at any time, with or without notice.

7.2 Rewards already issued prior to any such change or termination will remain subject to these terms, including the expiration date in Section 5, unless otherwise stated by StyledBy Club.

7.3 StyledBy Club reserves the right to substitute a reward of comparable value where required by law or operational necessity.

8. General

8.1 Reward codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

8.2 StyledBy Club's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward issuance under this Program are final.

8.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
