StyledBy Refer-a-Stylist

By participating in the StyledBy Refer-a-Stylist program ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms. StyledBy Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to StyledBy stylists with an active account in good standing and an active, paid tier-ladder subscription.

1.2 You may not refer yourself. Referrals where the referring stylist and the referred stylist share the same email address, payment method, or other account-identifying information will not qualify, and any rewards issued in error may be revoked.

1.3 StyledBy Club reserves the right to disqualify any referral, revoke any reward, or suspend a stylist's participation in the Program if it reasonably determines the Program is being used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Eligible stylists ("Referrers") can generate a unique referral link from their StyledBy dashboard and share it with prospective stylists.

2.2 When a new stylist ("Referee") signs up using a Referrer's link and subsequently (a) reaches "Bookable" status and (b) completes their first paid styling session on the platform, the referral qualifies and the Referrer becomes eligible for a reward as described in Section 3.

2.3 Referring stylists may earn up to 12 rewards within any rolling twelve (12) month period.

3. Rewards

3.1 Referrer reward: Upon a qualifying referral, the Referrer receives a credit equal to one (1) month of their then-current tier-ladder subscription fee. The credit is applied automatically to the Referrer's next billing cycle and cannot be held back or saved for a later cycle of the Referrer's choosing.

3.2 If a Referrer has more than one unredeemed Reward at a given time, one Reward will be applied to each subsequent billing cycle in the order the Rewards were earned (oldest first). Rewards cannot be combined or applied more than once per billing cycle.

4. Redemption Rules

4.1 The Reward is applied automatically to the Referrer's tier-ladder subscription invoice and requires no action from the Referrer.

4.2 The Reward cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount, promotion, credit, or fee waiver applicable to the Referrer's subscription.

4.3 The Reward does not reduce, and is not valid toward, any commission owed to StyledBy, including commission on StyledBy Select override pricing.

4.4 If the Referrer's tier-ladder fee changes between the qualification date and the date the Reward is applied, the Reward value is fixed at the fee in effect on the qualification date.

5. Expiration

5.1 A referral must reach qualification (Section 2.2) within 90 days of the Referee creating an account using the Referrer's link. Referrals that do not qualify within this window expire and do not earn a Reward.

5.2 Unless otherwise announced by StyledBy Club, the Program has no scheduled end date.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reward Revocation

6.1 If the paid styling session that triggered a Referrer's Reward (Section 2.2) is refunded or charged back within 24 hours of the Reward being issued, the associated Reward will be automatically revoked if it has not yet been applied to a billing cycle.

6.2 If a refund or chargeback occurs more than 24 hours after issuance, or if the Reward has already been applied, StyledBy Club will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or recover the value of the Reward, including by charging the Referrer's subscription for the credited amount.

7. Program Changes & Termination

7.1 StyledBy Club may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these terms, at any time, with or without notice.

7.2 Rewards already applied prior to any such change or termination will remain subject to these terms unless otherwise stated by StyledBy Club.

7.3 StyledBy Club reserves the right to substitute a Reward of comparable value where required by law or operational necessity.

8. General

8.1 Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

8.2 StyledBy Club's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and Reward issuance under this Program are final.

8.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8.4 These Program Terms supplement, and should be read together with, the StyledBy Stylist Membership Agreement and StyledBy's general Terms of Service. If these Program Terms conflict with the Stylist Membership Agreement, these Program Terms govern solely with respect to the Program.
